Using food as medicine... we follow a unique workshop to help understand the power of everyday ingredients and unlock their potential health benefits. This workshop is designed to help everyone, it can be tailored to fit any group or size. With lots of handy hints, expert advice and a follow along cooking course. Everyone helps out and they we eat what we have cooked. This particular course has some aspects taken from our knowledge in the field of food as medicine. Don’t worry, doctors are not involved or pills, its a step by step approach using the food we eat to help our bodies fulfil their potential. This is especially important in a work based environment or working in the community - this course helps to educate the end user in a fun, engaging & informative class. Anxiety and stress are one of the two main factors that are prevalent in the UK.
